Company Registration

Proprietorship

A sole proprietorship is a non-registered, unincorporated business run solely by one individual proprietor with no distinction between the business and the owner. The owner of a sole proprietorship is entitled to all profits but is also responsible for the business's debts, losses, and liabilities.

Partnership

A partnership is a form of business where two or more people formally agree to be co-owners, divide up the duties of running the organization, and split the profits and losses the organization earns.

LLP (Limited Liability Partnership)

Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) has become a preferred form of organization among entrepreneurs in India. An LLP incorporates the benefits of a partnership firm and a company. As the name suggests, an LLP is a partnership firm established by a minimum of two partners who enter into an LLP agreement. However, the partners of an LLP have limited liability and the LLP has perpetual succession just like a company.

Private Limited Company

A Private Limited Company is a type of business that is owned and operated by a small group of people. Private stakeholders are in charge of such entities. A Pvt. Ltd. company's liability arrangement is less severe than that of an LLP or a sole proprietorship, which puts firm assets at risk in the event of a financial crisis.

OPC (One Person Company)

A One Person Company (OPC) is a company with a single member, as opposed to the standard practice of having at least two members. It's a good option for entrepreneurs who want to start a business without a partner.

NGO (Non-Governmental Organization)

Non-governmental organizations, or NGOs, were first called such in Article 71 in the Charter of the newly formed United Nations in 1945. While NGOs have no fixed or formal definition, they are generally defined as nonprofit entities independent of governmental influence (although they may receive government funding).

FPO(Farmer Producer Company)

A Farmer Producer Company (FPC) is a hybrid business structure that combines elements of a private limited company and a cooperative society, designed specifically for farmers to collectively engage in agricultural production activities, allowing them to pool resources and improve their market bargaining power by forming a unified organization; essentially, it's a company owned and controlled by farmers, where each member has equal voting rights regardless of their shareholding size.
